Shipping Policy

Chicrage prides itself on getting your clothing and T-Shirt merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 to 5 business days from the order date for your order to be fulfilled and 7 to 11 business days for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Chicrage, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more, and reach out today with any questions.

1. All sales items are final.

2. Clothing and T-Shirt sale items may be exchanged within 15 business days of order receipt only in the case of sizing errors. Items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item purchased.

3. Refunds are granted for manufacturing issues only. Buyer must notify Chicrage of any defects or discrepancies via email within 5 business days of order receipt.

4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for sizing exchanges. If buyer returns items for an exchange due to a sizing error, buyer will be charged an additional shipping fee for items to be re-mailed.
